Cancellation Policy
At Heaven’s Touch, I value your time and strive to provide excellent service. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all of my customers effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:
Appointment/Service Cancellations:
• Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the appointment will incur a 15% charge of the total service cost.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.
Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel under exceptional circumstances, please contact me at 531-210-6502 to discuss options.
